Abstract EN

This study aims to identify the application of electronic management and its effects on raising the level of job satisfaction in the teaching staff at the Faculty of Economic and Commercial Sciences and Management Sciences at the University of shahid Hama Lakhdar – EL-OUED and determining the relationship of correlation and impact between them.

Our study concluded with a set of results and suggestions on the need to apply and adopt e-management, in order to consolidate the university's e-management model and to realize job satisfaction.

There was a statistically significant relationship found between e-management and job satisfaction at a significant level of 5%.
