Abstract EN

The study aims to identify the actions and programmes of the State party to rehabilitate and support small and medium-sized enterprises, which has become more of a necessity in light of increasing competition with foreign institutions from Algeria directed toward openness to the world economy by signing an agreement Partnership with the European Union, as well as the forthcoming accession to the World Trade Organization, while trying to assess the extent to which these programs to their goals, especially with regard to improving the competitiveness of small and medium enterprises, with see top requirements that should be provided in order to rehabilitate the sector and Bringing it to a level that ensures stability and permanence.

The results of the study showed that despite the presence of more than one program for rehabilitation of small and medium enterprises in Algeria, but the reality shows that they are still unable to meet foreign competition
