The study aimed at identifying the extent of applying transformative leadership dimensions in health institutions and determining the nature of the relationship between transformative leadership dimensions and crisis management.

The study was carried out on some hospitals in Khartoum.

The researcher used the descriptive analytical method.

The study population consisted of doctors, pharmacists, laboratory and radiology technicians who reached 90.

Questionnaire forms were distributed to them and 62 forms were returned, valid for analysis as a study sample.
