This study aims to identify the sources of professional pressure among the workers of the municipality of Al-Ma'amuniyah in the state of Camp through a sample of 44 employees of different job grades, where the results showed a discrepancy in the sources leading to the pressure, the most important of which is the lack of incentives and the lack of commensurate salary with the effort, in addition to the ambiguity of the role as well as policies that hinder the performance of tasks and responsibilities to the fullest, while the poor social relations were considered the most important source of pressure that the worker is constantly facing.
