study aims to determine the practicing degree of Management by Values (MBV) for school managers in the southern governorates of Palestine with all its majors: Organizational justice, Support and appreciation, integrity and transparency, organizational loyalty.
That is from the perspective of the schools’ teachers, in addition to revealing the significant differences between the averages of the sample individuals of the practicing degree of Management By Values for privet school managers according to variables: (gender, educational qualification, years of service).To achieve the research goals, a questionnaire is built from (23) items belonging to four fields, and it is applied on a sample of private school teachers of (350) teachers.
An analytical descriptive approach is adopted.
It concludes that the practicing degree of Management by Values for privet school managers from the point of view of their teachers is high with a relative weight of (80.54%).
There are statistically significant differences at the level of evidence (.05 0.05) between the average degrees of the estimate of the members of the study sample for the practicing degree of Management by Values for privet school managers due to the gender variable in favor of females, with the exception of the field of "integrity and transparency", and the variable of "years of service "in favor of (Less than 5 years), except for the field of "organizational loyalty".
There are no statistically significant differences at the level of evidence (.050.05) between the averages of the sample individuals for the degree practicing of Management by Values for privet school managers due to the variable of the educational qualification.
These are some of the most important recommendations: Promote the concepts of management by values for school managers through holding courses and workshops, and urged school managers to take advantage of the principles of Management by Values and its practice in conducting school business affairs.
