This study focuses on important issues of the Fard Kifaya (The Communal Obligatory Act).

I started this study by talking about its foundation and Types in the Islamic Legal System, and highlighted the Status of Fard Kifaya among the rules of Islamic law.

Finally, I addressed - in this Research paper- the negative effects of misjudging the status of Fard Kifaya.

It is important to say that shedding lights on these issues will help bring out the Fard Kifaya from the resting place to the level of advancement It should be, as well as lead to the realization of the human Successorship in the Earth in a most complete and appropriate way.
