هدفت الدراسة الراهنة للتعرف على علاقة المساندة الاجتماعية بالصحة النفسية لدى المرأة المصابة بسرطان الثدي، و اعتمدت الباحثة في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي، حيث شملت عينة الدراسة 30 امرأة مصابة بسرطان الثدي تراوحت أعمارهن ما بين (25-50 سنة) تم اختيارها بطريقة قصدية، و لغرض جمع البيانات تم تطبيق مقياسين: مقياس المساندة الاجتماعية و مقياس الصحة النفسية و ذلك بعد حساب الخصائص السيكومترية المتمثلة في الصدق و الثبات، و من ثم التأكد من صلاحيتها للتطبيق في الدراسة الحالية.
أما بالنسبة للمعالجة الإحصائية للمعطيات، تم الاعتماد على معامل الارتباط سبيرمان و على الاختبار الإحصائي مان وتني لعدم تحقق شرط من شروط استخدام الاختبارات البارامترية و هو العشوائية في سحب عينة ممثلة من مجتمع الدراسة، بالاعتماد على البرنامج الإحصائي SPSS النسخة (25)، تمثلت النتائج المتحصل عليها فيما يلي: - توجد علاقة ارتباطية بين المساندة الاجتماعية و الصحة النفسية لدى المصابات بسرطان الثدي.
- توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا بين مرتفعي و منخفضي المساندة الاجتماعية في الصحة النفسية لدى المصابات بسرطان الثدي.
Abstract EN
The actual purpose of the current study is getting to know the relation between social support and psychological health of women suffering from breast cancer.The study has selectionned a sample of 30 women aged between (25-50) years in order to collect the data two measurements were applied: 1-The social support; 2-psychological health.
and that was after calculating two other psychological characteristics represented in TRUTH and PERSISTANCE ; and making sure their validity to use in this particular study.
Concerning the analysis of the statistical data we relied on Spirman and the Manwitni by using the SPSS statistical program copy (25).We have obtained the following results: -There is correlative relation between the social support and the psychological health of the women suffering from breast cancer.
-There are differences proved statistically between those who get high social support and psychological health and those who get low ones.
