The aim of the study is to identify the nature of supervisory tasks educational tasks practiced by supervisors in the educational field and their fields as well as revealing the prevailing leadership behavior, whether it focuses on the work distance or the human relations dimension from the viewpoint of supervisors, supervisors, teachers and teachers working in middle schools, and to achieve the goal of the study was The descriptive approach was adopted, and two tools related to the prevailing supervisory practices.

The study sample consisted of 19 educational inspectors and 151 professors and professors of intermediate education in all disciplines.
