Many large companies rely on a policy of big and complex data analysis that needs specialized software in the field of data management and analysis, that cannot be processed using only one tool or work on traditional data processing applications, it is known that data and information collection helps to accurately describe the problem and analyze it to reach to accurate results, therefore it was necessary to adopt an administrative system that includes the analysis of big and very big data.

the importance of the study comes from the importance of analyzing big data as it seeks to improve the administrative decision-making process, as well as to review options data management, data of large sizes can range from several terabytes to petabytes and sometimes Exabytes, so there was an urgent need to develop platforms that deal with this huge number of data which forced many companies to develop hardware, software and expertise among their employees to prepare them to benefit from analysis systems big data correctly and efficiently.

the researchers followed the case study approach, the survey method, the documentary approach, the corresponding study tools, direct observation and the intellectual production available in the subject of the study, and the study reached a set of results including: the analyzes of big data saves the country a lot of time and effort as well as its investment in development projects, as it turned out there is a conflict in the rule of information between the competent authorities and the decision-making ministry of communications and information technology, and that the information is cross-border, which causes it to lose confidentiality and privacy.

the researchers recommend the need to train Sudanese employees on analysis programs to benefit from them in the future in upcoming projects, as well as the need to participate in international forums to benefit from the experiences of developed countries in investing big data.
