Abstract EN

The attention paid to the preschool child plays an important role in his or her physical, mental and social development .

This research came as an attempt to highlight the importance of the role played by the design of children's spaces and to provide tools, whether plastic or natural elements, that can meet the child's needs, develop the child's abilities and that will be used in the realization of recreational and educational spaces .

It is therefore imperative in this research to identify the importance of the needs and design standards that must satisfy the space designed for the child: Kindergartens, cultural entertainment projects such as heritage gardens and gardens of miniature architectural models that are specially designed for the child in order to raise the architectural, aesthetic and heritage values in the child .

This research also highlights the need for : -provide an element of diversity, whether in rooms or other diverse open spaces ; -determine the tools necessary for the practice of free activities, taking into account the importance of age and gender in dealing with individual differences between children ;-create and provide a special environment in terms of aesthetics to meet the child's innate motivation ;-have an element of security in order to achieve peace and tranquillity in the child's movement ; to establish channels of communication and direct contact between those responsible for serving children and their families in order to exchange experiences with each other.

By presenting pioneering experiences in this field on the importance of playing and learning by building and introducing him to creative play within the framework of distinct educational programs, the research also discusses methods of developing the child's early architectural sense through building learning so that the child is an effective and positive element within a sustainable civilized development plan .
