Abstract EN

The phenomenon of unemployment among university graduates and high certificates problem of the age, in light of the considerable increase university graduates, on the other hand, a large proportion of them are unemployed or work away from the specialization of the university campus.

Whether this is because of the weakness of the Configuration System campus or lack of compatibility with the requirements of the labor market.

What creates the clear gap between the capabilities and skills of the graduates and the requirements of the job and characteristics that impose their presence in the labor demanded.The purpose of this study is to shed light on university training and the reality of the working world in Algeria.

It is also necessary to know the problems and obstacles to the integration of university graduates into the labour market, and then try to propose solutions and proposals to improve the quality of university training in order to increase the employability of graduates.
