Abstract EN

Sonelgaz is one of the main institutions in Algeria and is a reference, especially in human resources management, to know the reality of the selection and employment process in Sonelgaz and the administrative leadership strategy.

Our study carried within the electricity and gas distribution company in Mascara, we collected data using a questionnaire, as well as the observation.

In this study, observation as well as the collection of data was introduced in tables and analyzed.

We found several results that we include in the content.

Results and discussion will be described.
