as a variable is facing a several discussions where customs, traditions and lifestyles are diverse in a large country like Algeria.

This is why this Article comes to shine on a such subject, which we will try to reveal all practiced old and modern artistic expressions, and we will describe and analyze the modern problems: valuation, receiving through the social media, the challenges of publicity and distribution related to adoption of the artistic expressions by Cultural Algerian institutions during official programs.

Likewise, We will rely on writing a set of questions and objectives by using an analytical theoretical and practical presentation, in which, all scientific criteria are used: Descriptive method and the selection of a non-probability sample is the intentional sample, this letter were chosen from the Direction of Culture in the province of Annaba as population, and the House of Culture Mohamed Boudiaf as a sample.

All in all, this article is based on a set of tools for data collection: documentation, interview and the qualitative method.
