English Abstract
The current research aims to: measure the creative thinking of kindergarten children, and measure the educational methods followed by the kindergarten teacher, and to identify the correlation between creative thinking and educational methods, the current research has been applied to the community of children enrolled in kindergarten education Rusafa II Baghdad province for the academic year 2019- The study was applied to (300) boys and girls randomly selected from the research community.
The research found the weakness of creative thinking in children, and weak educational methods that encourage creativity followed by the teacher, and weak correlation between the two variables.
The research came out in the light of the results of some of the recommendations and proposals, including interest in the development of creative thinking and urged the teacher to participate in training courses in the detection of creative children and the development of educational methods that encourage creativity
