The electronic management is necessity which imposes itself in organizations that have to use and master it in the light of technological development technology acutely, from this point that the importance of the electronic management as a tool that contributes to the evolution process, which allows any organization to reach the best performances.

Most organizations are stile conservative about the use of this management, because of lock of readiness to put it into practice from the human and the technical one.

In this context, this article presents the experience of the Algerian Post, as a model for organizations seeking to modernize management and services, based on electronic management.
