تعد العدالة التنظيمية الطريقة و الأسلوب الذي يحكم من خلاله على طبيعة المعاملة في المستويين الوظيفي و الإنساني و التي تعتبر الهيكل النفسي و الاجتماعي للمؤسسة لأن من خلالها يتحدد السلوك و العلاقات ضمن إطار العمل و التي تنعكس على سلوك العاملين و تفاعلهم في بيئة العمل من خلال الاتجاهات، الميولات، الإدراك و حتى الأهداف.
و تظهر هذه العلاقة من خلال مجموعة من القيم و الأنماط السلوكية التي تندرج ضمن علاقة عضوية تبرز من خلال ثقافة الفاعلين، حيث نجد أنه بوجود العدالة التنظيمية في المؤسسة تظهر مجموعة من سلوكيات العاملين كتحفيزهم و تنمية شعورهم بالولاء و الانتماء للمؤسسة حيث تكون بدورها كواجهة لسلوكياتهم و التي تسمح بالتنبؤ و التفسير و التي نصل من خلالها إلى بدائل السلوك
Abstract EN
Organizational justice considers as a way that we judge through it the nature of dealing in both levels the job performance level and humanity, this tow levels are the backbone of psychosociology architecture in any foundation.
And this relationship appears clearly throughout a range of values and behaviors of members of the foundation and this will lead us to a conclusion which is: Through the organizational justice we can develop a range of behaviors and values to our employees in the foundation by motivating and developing their identity as part of the company or the foundation.
