The research included five chapters.

The first chapter contains the introduction to the research, its importance, the problem of the research, its objectives and its fields.

As well as the definition of the most important terms contained in the title.

The second chapter includes theoretical studies where the researcher dialed with the professional compatibility of educational and teaching bodies, especially teachers of physical education for their important and effective role in reducing the incidence of negative psychological effects.

Social psychosocial compatibility was discussed, which deals with the study of the individual's behavior with himself.

The third chapter included the research curriculum.

The researcher used the analytical descriptive method in the method of correlation with the preparation of predictive equations resulting from the regression values (under study).

The fourth chapter presents the results, analysis and discussion reached by the researcher.

The importance of the research is to find a predictive equation in the level of development of the professional compatibility of the teachers of physical education in terms of the values of the level of psychosocial compatibility for middle school principals.
