The objective of the current research is to find out: "The effect of the Parman model is to develop the speaking skills of the fifth graders in history.

" To achieve the goal of the research, the researchers put the hypothesis: There are no statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) The Barmen model and the average score of female students in the control group who study the same subject in the traditional way in the speaking skills scale, the researchers chose the (Fadhila) preparatory to conduct the experiment and the students of the (B- C) sections were randomized.

The researchers studied the two groups during the first semester In order to measure speaking skills, the researchers prepared the 30-paragraph speech skills standard, which was presented to experts and arbitrators to ensure that they were recognized, validated and measured on the current research community.

The results were statistically tested using t-test and two independent and two samples The results showed: 1.

The students of the experimental group who study the same material excel in the traditional way in the grades of the final-speaking skills scale.2.

There are statistically significant differences at (0.05) between the average of the experimental group who study the date material in the Barman model between the grades of the tribal and final modernization skills and the final benefit.

There were no statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) between the mean control group who studied the same material between the tribal and final scores of the speech skills scale.

In light of the results of the research, the researchers recommend the following: The need to use teachers and teachers of history teaching models in teaching and teaching history, especially the model of Barman, which proved effective through the current research.

To complement the current research, the researchers suggested some suggestions: Perform similar studies for the current study to see the effect of the barman model with other dependent variables.
