The present study aims to reveal the dimensions of organizational citizenship prevailing within the municipality of Ain El-Melh, and its relation to the achievement of sustainable development, and one of the most important factors to achieve this development in any organization is to raise and develop performance at the individual, collective and organizational levels, Which is known as the behavior of organizational citizenship, as a field study at the municipality of Ain-salt, where the sample of the study of 104 employees, and from this we try through this study to answer the following general question: - Do the dimensions of organizational citizenship affect the sustainable development of the staff of the municipality of Ain el-Malh?
