Abstract EN

The Royal era of Iraq is stated as the first presidency in which Iraq was converned interiourly.

That was after Iraq had its freedom of British and Uthmanian occupation; and that represented the virtual raise of its aged history by the virtue of Iraqis'' Militarism which brought them the reachness to the revolution of 1925 .

In spite of many thourouly and varios about political history of Iraq , we are still in need of studies that focus through the phenomena of the political exclusion acted on many Iraqies' components or Collection especially Shea's .

That took place within has been written to give the appearance of that phenomeny depends on three pillars, or say three fields of search: The first one: the roots it basically laid on, so that the researcher can point out the hostile operation of that political isolation towards Iraq people during the epoch of Uthmanian government and British occupation.

The second one: the motive, reasons and justifications for that sectarian and ethmic practicand ideology.

The third one: the results and reflected effects of elimination that played a great part and helped faster a spirit of hatred all collection of Iraqi people , furthermore , killed the trust between them; and that took Iraqis to the yard of massacre.
