The research aims to identify building of a training program according to the Swartz model and its effect on the visual thinking of the fifth graders in mathematics.

The researchers have relied on the experimental method with the experimental design of two independent groups, ( experimental control ) group of post-test.

The sample consisted of (525) students Of the fifth grade in primary schools belonging to the Directorate of Education Baghdad Karkh 2017-2018, the training program was built according to Swartz model and was implemented through training sessions, which were (16) The results of the training program in the visual thinking of the students in the fifth grade of the primary, and in light of the results reached a set of conclusions, recommendations and suggestions Including recommending the need to pay attention to the training of mathematics teachers of all stages on programs according to Swartz model, which affects the visual thinking of students
