Evaluate the effectiveness of the Arabic language teachers in the light of effective teaching skills MD Mohammed Abbas Mamedml_khas Search: Find the current aims at evaluating the effectiveness of the Arabic language teachers in the light of effective teaching skills through: 1-identify effective teaching for teachers of language skills Arabah.2-evaluate the effectiveness of the Arabic language teachers in the light of those skills.
To achieve the goal Find researcher chose a sample of the Arabic language teachers and Madrsadtha who teach the intermediate stage in the Directorate of Educational Babylon / Department of the Hashemite education for the academic year 2014-2015 of the number of schools in the Department of the Hashemite breeding (44) School of them (8) schools for boys and (9 ) schools for girls and 27 mixed school, researcher ruled out exploratory sample the (4) schools, and chose the researcher (20) middle school style class random draw from the research community's (40) School and amounted to sample lessons (149) as a teacher and school and after the sample excluded Expeditionary the (15) and a school teacher and became the sample (134) and a school teacher.
The researcher adopted all teachers in schools drawn at random as the size of the application was the foundation (55) and a school teacher ratio formed of (41.04) from the research community.
Researcher prepared a list of effective teaching skills, depending on the number of measures, including directing the questionnaire is open to a number of Arabic language teachers and Madrsadtha and supervisors and professors specialized in Arabic and studied methods.
The search tool note form containing effective teaching skills that have been identified, and check researcher of validity and reliability of the tool, and for the purpose of reducing appreciation View Finder note form the elite of experts.
Dish researcher observation form his own research sample after the completion of the application, use the Pearson correlation and the weighted average percentile and weight coefficient and means for statistical analysis of the results of his research.
The researcher reached a number of conclusions, including: a lack of interest teachers of Arabic and Madrsadtha plan daily advance preparation, the researcher recommended the need to provide teachers of the Arabic language and Madrsadtha Bmehrat effective teaching and open centers for continuing education and researcher proposed a similar study on middle school and build a program to develop the performance of teachers in the light those skills.
