The investigator depends on a photocopied manuscript kept in Ameer Al – Mu'mineen , ( peace be upon him ), library in the Holy Najaf city, entitled: ( Nazht al – Asrar fi Muhawarat Al- leil we Al- Nahar ), by: Sheihk Alwan ibin Attiya Al- Hammawi ( deid in 936 H ) .

It was photocopied by Shiekh Mamood Ibin Adbdulkadir Al – Shafi'l in 1012 H.

The copy of the manuscript in good condition clearly written .

It deals with Arabic rhetoric including a linguistic dialogue between the day and the night .

It was written in a rhetorical style.
