Caring for the child and protecting his rights is a human principle guaranteed by all religions and regulated by all by all laws, whether locally or internationally, given that the child is considered the basis of the nation and the contribute to its future.

the Algerian penal legislation has devoted protection to the child against all kinds of acts that affect him various aspects, in order to ensure his safety and to guarantee his rights.

one of the forms of this penal activity is the protection of the child’s personal rights that have become grossly violated, something that the texts of the penal code came to put an end to.

this will only happen if these texts are put into practice in reality, in order to build an intellectually sound society that morally promotes childhood and establishes it in a correct upbringing.
