تعد الهجرة غير الشرعية (الهجرة غير النظامية) من الظواهر الاجتماعية التي يعاني منها المجتمع الدولي بصفة عامة و المغرب العربي بصفة خاصة، إذ أصبحت تشكل خطر على المجتمعات المستقبلة و تثقل كاهل اقتصاديات الدول.
و تعد الجزائر من الدول التي عانت في الآونة الأخيرة بصفة خاصة من تنامي الظاهرة بعد دخول أعداد هائلة من الأفريقيين من دول الحدود -المالي و النيجر و موريتانيا-بسبب النزاعات المسلحة التي زادت من عدد النازحين و اللاجئين ضف إلى ذلك الظروف المعيشية الصعبة التي يعانون منها، مما دفع بالمشرع الجزائري التحرك ووضع الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة لتصدي لتلك الظواهر.
Illegal immigration (irregular migration)
Abstract EN
is one of the social phenomena that the international community and the Maghreb in particular suffer from, as it has become a threat to receiving societies and burdens the economies of countries.
Algeria is one of the countries that recently suffered in particular from the growth of the phenomenon after the entry of huge numbers of Africans from border countries - Mali, Niger and Mauritania - due to armed conflicts, which prompted the Algerian legislator to move and put in place the necessary legal measures to address these phenomena.
