The subject of ethnic pluralism is one of the thorny issues that researchers discussed in the study, not from the point of view of its concept or its strategic management, but also from its practical procedures and consequences on the national unity in pluralistic countries, in which it exist competition between different unequal ethnic groups on independence, growth and power for gaining the supremacy.

Accordingly, this research paper dealing with the problem of managing multi-ethnicity to preserve national unity in view of the reality of diversity in which they live, this research paper aims to looking for how to enable countries to overcome internal division and achieve common living, in the highlighting of the studies that indicate the complexity of cases of ethnic conflict, this complexity makes different society don't manage the multi-ethnicity in the same way
