This research paper seeks to try to identify nature of the professional practice of Algerian journalists working in the private written media sector, and this is after exploring the professionalism of the journalistic work of media men during the performance of their duties, and monitoring the availability of the creativity element in their professional performance, and based on the size of the readability of newspapers as a statistical indicator It shows the level of professional practice, and accordingly the three variables: professionalism, creativity and legibility, will try to reveal the true reality of professional practice in the Algerian private written media sector.
