الجريمة ظاهرة اجتماعية خطيرة، لها أسبابها و دوافعها، وتيرتها في تصاعد مستمر في ظل المتغيرات التي يشهدها العالم، خاصة الوطن العربي.
و لمكافحة هذه الآفة لا بد من إيجاد وسائل و قائية، أكثر نفعا من الوسائل التقليدية (شرطة، قضاء و سجون) هذه الأخيرة التي أضحت لوحدها عاجزة للتصدي عن هذه الظاهرة، و كمثال عن الوسائل المكملة للأمن التقليدي للوقاية من الجريمة، مؤسسات التنشئة ( أسرة، أماكن للعبادة، الإعلام الأمني.

Abstract EN
Crime is a dangerous social phenomenon, with its causes and motives, and its pace is constantly escalating in light of the changes that the world is witnessing, especially the Arab world.
In order to combat this scourge, it is necessary to find preventive means that are more useful than the traditional tools (police, judiciary and prisons), the latter of which alone have become incapable of addressing this phenomenon.
