The economic power of multinational companies enables them to impose their control and logic on the host countries due to the huge technical and technological capabilities that these companies possess.

International experiences have proven that these companies exercise pressure on workers regarding their right to establish or join syndicate union organizations given that these companies consider that the syndicate union organizations are a tool to obstruct their economic and profitable activity.

For these reasons, it has become imperative for the host countries to intervene with binding legal texts and oversight mechanisms to ensure that multinational companies do not obstruct workers' right to syndicate union practice, as it is an internationally and constitutionally enshrined right.
