This research paper discusses a problem represented in: Can the Independent National Electoral Authority in Algeria develop its performance and raise the level of integrity of the electoral process through the application of the quality management system ISO/TS54001: 2019? , This study using the analytical method, concluded to a number of results, the most important of which is the application of the quality management system by the Independent National Electoral Authority in Algeria is imposed by several reasons, and represents an effective solution to develop its performance and raise the level of integrity and credibility of the electoral process.
