There is no democracy without security, and there is no security without democracy, as the overlap between them has reached as much, and this has resulted in the widening of the overlap between the requirements for democratic practice and the requirements for achieving security, meaning that all contemporary societies and political systems are facing what We can call it the dilemma of security and democracy.
