For decades, the Palestinian people faced grave and serious violations of the international law, as the occupying power has remained free from questioning and punishment.

However, Palestine's accession to the International Criminal Court system, after obtaining the status of a non-member observer state in the United Nations, made it search for mechanisms.

Available and appropriate, to follow up and prosecute the perpetrators of these violations against the Palestinian people, which requires taking the right steps to meet the struggles that prevent the achievement of criminal justice in Palestine.
