This study aims to address these terms, whatever their multiplicity and diversity, and the organization of international trade has ensured their unification through the modifications made to the list containing these terms according to the means of transport.

These terms are of great importance due to their global character, these are internationally recognized rules characterized by an imperative character arising from the will of the parties to the contract, provided that they are implemented with the meaning they have acquired.
