The research paper aims to give a general picture about the emergence and development of independent unions in Algeria, and the extent of their representation of labor groups in light of the difficulties they face such as the authoritarian restriction of union practice in light of the current economic conditions, with a focus on the most important strategies used in raising the concerns and demands of the working groups, and striving to overcome obstacles And the difficulties that face and impede union practice in order to represent good and effective workers by improving the social and professional conditions in which this category is floundering.
