This research deals with strategic leadership practices as one of the important topics as an independent variable in terms of (emphasizing ethical practices, maintaining an effective culture, implementing balanced regulatory systems, developing human capital, building and maintaining competencies) and functional alienation as a variable with its secondary dimensions (The sense of helplessness or lack of power, the weakness of the meaning of "non-objective", the loss of "non-normative" criteria, alienation of self, social isolation).

The importance of research in providing an intellectual rooting of the nature of search variables based on the application effort through the application The concepts of theory in the scientific field.

The General Company for Electrical and Electronic Industries of the Ministry of Industry and Minerals was selected as a research society.

To achieve the research objectives, a questionnaire was distributed to a random sample of 80 employees in the company of different levels and scientific qualifications.

(Mean, standard deviation, correlation coefficient, simple and multiple regression coefficients) using the statistical program (Spps v.23 & AmosV.23) to produce results based on a number of conclusions and recommendations.

The research found a number of results, the most important of which was the existence of a significant influence between the strategic leadership practices and the reduction of the expatriation of the employees of the company.

This effect is due to the strategic leadership practice of the process of "implementing balanced regulatory systems and maintaining effective culture" effectively.

As a result of the leaders to establish strict controls and procedures to deal with incorrect behaviors, as well as to follow the deviations and work to correct them in a timely manner and to promote a culture of confidence and teamwork and instilling a culture of expressing their views freely and dealing honestly and transparent The most important recommendations were the need to adopt the leaders of the company, And a clear and dependable in reducing the feelings of workers expatriate employment by enhancing the confidence of workers in these practices and work on the interaction and harmony with them, as well as "the adoption of practices capable of blowing up the energies and possibilities of untapped workers correctly and reliably He understands things that make them feel important and conforms to their wishes and aspirations to enhance their self-confidence and self-esteem.
