Abstract EN

This study aims to know the organizational dimensions that contribute to building organizational confidence among professors of psychology at the University of Constantine-2-, by using a questionnaire wich was applied in a comprehensive survey method on (44)professors in the Department of Psychology.

The study also relied on the descriptive method, and used the statistical methods represented by the arithmetic mean and the standard deviation by the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS 0.

The study found that the degree of the contribution of the organizational dimensions is moderate in building organizational confidence according to the opinions of the professors of the Department of Psychology of the University of Constantine -2-.
