It was associated economic development at the present time any advanced country whether developed or developing existence of a developed market for securities, so it reflects the last main engine of economic growth of any State, becoming the financial markets play a major function, namely the direct internal and external savings towards investments, in addition to helping the monetary authority to achieve its monetary policy to boost economic growth to achieve the high rates.

Tries this research to know the impact of financial markets on the economies of the Arab countries in general, and on the Iraqi economy, in particular, as well as the development of the most important ways to raise the efficiency of these markets to channel savings and polarization to increase the volume of investments, was chosen Iraq Stock Exchange as a model to determine the impact of these markets on economies Arab, and Jaoualokhttiar because the Arab economies and markets almost similar in placed economic development.

Results revealed that whenever the financial markets are trading a large and profitable whenever the domestic and foreign capital invested in the largest insider, and this would raise the local economy growth rates of any Arab country and Iraq in particular.
