the aim of the research is: to learn about the new method of education based on virtual reality, and how to benefit from it in the Algerian university in teaching as an alternative or auxiliary means to enable it to complement the established programs in teaching, especially in the time of the COVID-19 pandemic..

the result is: the need to draw future visions for the philosophy of education related to the employment of information and communication technology and its uses in all areas of the education system in general and in universities, especially in the time of the COVID 19 pandemic.
