Abstract EN

The objective of this research is to analyze trends of Digital FDI in the United Kingdom, and its role in post-COVID-19 pandemic economic recovery.

The results of this research suggest that digital FDI will be a key driver of economic growth after the pandemic.

Therefore governments must adopt policies and measures to create a favorable environment for digital FDI.

Following a resilient success in 2019 in attracting FDI, and with investors seeing the country as likely to recover its attractiveness faster than the European average post-COVID-19 crisis, the UK starts from a strong base.
