Abstract EN

This research aims to compare the non-parametric Theil's estimator with the OLS estimator for estimating the parameters of a simple linear regression model β0 and β1.

The uneducated estimators are more flexible than the parameter estimators than in dealing with free distribution data or data with sizes less than 30 views.

Do not fulfill the distribution condition.

The data represented by heart rate (HR / Beats / min) and oxygen consumption values (VO2 / cal / kg / 24hours) were used for eight infants suffering from chronic congestive heart failure, and (Matlab19) was used to analyze the data, and it was found that the method (Theil's Slope Estimator) is better than the usual OLS by comparing the mean error squares (MSE) of the two methods.
