Abstract EN

The research aims to demonstrate the role of intellectual capital in the effectiveness of the work teams, where intellectual capital is often the main engine of the activities assigned to the team because of its ability to provide everything new and distinct to increase the effectiveness of teams.

The research featuring a number of hypotheses, including the existence of a correlation and impact relationship between the intellectual capital of its components and the work teams in their dimensions at the level of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.

The research was carried out on a number of working teams as the society to study.

A sample of (150) respondents was selected by the members of the task forces with (26) working teams in the office of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.

The researcher used the questionnaire form to collect data and apply a set of descriptive and experimental statistical methods.

The research reached a number of results, the most prominent of which was the presence of an influence and a distinctive link to intellectual capital in the effectiveness of the work teams.
