Abstract EN
This study aims at identifying the reality of human resources management engineering and its impact on the performance of workers: An applied study in the Iraqi carpet factory in Baghdad, and to introduce recommendations that contribute in a better application of human resource Reengineering in Iraqi Carpet Factory to contribute in increasing the level of employees job performance.
The researchers applied the descriptive analytical approach through using statistical program (SPSS).
This research was applied to a random sample of 90 workers.
To achieve the objectives of the study a questionnaire was developed using previous studies in order to measure the variables of the study.
The research reached a group of results: the most important of which is: Reengineering has an important role in developing the job performance of the employees, And the need to adopt some strategies to raise the performance of the workers in the lab.
The research recommended a set of recommendations, the most important of which is the need to involve the workers in the planning process and the development of policies, visions and goals through the promotion of the principle of participation goals, Laboratory for change and process Reengineering in order to educate the workers and the rest of the administrative levels of the laboratory in this process.
