Human capital is the wealth of a nation, the training-employment relationship brings into play the model of the modern education system.
New education is an educational trend that defends the principle of the learner's active participation in their own training.
Training provides skills that make the learner more capable.
Learning is an accumulation of knowledge and a factor of overall progress which increases the link between training and employment.
This relationship remains a crucial issue for all the actors involved where there are parameters that influence his career such as his training, his experience, his aspirations, his age and his intellectual level.
This relationship comes up against the competence that can be implemented in the job, the diploma is the best signal to get it.

Le capital humain est la richesse d'une nation, la relation formation-emploi met en jeu le modèle du système éducatif moderne.
L'éducation nouvelle est un courant pédagogique qui défend le principe d'une participation active de l'apprenant à sa propre formation.
La formation procure des compétences qui rendent l'apprenant plus apte.
L'apprentissage est une accumulation de connaissances et un facteur de progrès global qui accroit le lien entre la formation et l'emploi.
Cette relation reste un enjeu crucial pour tous les acteurs impliqués ou il y a des paramètres qui influencent son parcours comme sa formation, son expérience, ses aspirations, son âge et son niveau intellectuel.
Cette relation se heurte à la compétence qui peut être mise en œuvre dans l'emploi, le diplôme est le meilleur signal pour le décrocher.
