Islamic banks are newly established institutions that comply with provisions of islamic law and are characterized as banks with diverse services and functions, it outlaws usury, it invest and finances through ligitimate financing formulas, these is based on taking risks and sharing result for profit and loss, through this study we aim to develop general concepts about islamic banks and to address what islamic sukuk are, and knowledge of the reality of islamic sukuk industry, however the activity of islamic banks is ambiguous because of the ence of laws regulating their operation in a purely islamic contexte, therefor efforts must be made to increase and develop islamic banks and promote their ligitimate islamic principles.
