Abstract EN

The present research, Truth and Allegory in the JurisprudentDiscourse of Imam Al-Sadq ) peace upon him(, is to present appliedmodels in stylistic techniques on the scale of the real usage in theirsemantic and doctrinal dimension.

Besides, there is a reference tothe metaphorical vision used by Imam Sadiq (peace be upon him)though the predominant feature of his speech is real use; as thediscourse of jurisprudence touches the real side of man.

There are two different uses employed by the jurist who possessboth the linguistic ability in the real linguistic usage and humancommunication and the ability to use metaphorical use as he takeshold of a great imagination on scale of aesthetics according to thesituation and context.
