This study aims to highlight the relationship that can be discrened the noble Qur'an and the practitioner of understanding it, and between human values.

This is through the scintific meaning of each of the values and objevtives of the Qur'an and a description of the effort of scholars and researchers in the field of Qur'anic studies to show something from the Qur'an sciences that have a relationship to values by activating the role of social sciences as one of the tools of the interpreter of the holy Quran and leading to clarification of the major human values that are inclued in various Qur'anic objectives stated in exegesis, books and various Qur'anic studies.
