A few words were enough to precede, summarize and affirm all the covenants, agreements, covenants and customs that humankind has known from its inception to eternity, so that the constitution and laws guarantee the protection of religious freedom, as the constitution states that Islam is the state religion and prevents institutions from engaging in practices inconsistent with Islamic ethics, In exchange, other laws and regulations guarantee religious freedom for non-Muslims to practice their religious rites, provided that this is done in accordance with public order and ethics and respect for the fundamental rights and freedoms of others.

Ordinance 06-03 affirms restrictions imposed on non-Muslims, the same restrictions that the law imposes on Muslims.
