Hypnotherapy is a modern method that has proven effective in treating many mental disorders, especially depressive disorders.

This has strengthened its position within the therapeutic arsenal in developed countries, as it has become an effective tool in the hands of psychotherapists and practitioners, thanks to which they were able to provide better treatment and ensure optimal care for their patients.

This topic is what ignited our intellectual interest and prompted us to study the topic to understand its benefits, uses, and methods.

In addition, the study aims to urge researchers and practitioners in the Arab world in general, and Algeria in particular, to apply hypnotherapy by clarifying the topic and its benefit on people's mental health.
