This study aimed to know the reality of mathematics teachers practice in the preparatory and secondary stages of digital learning and their attitude towards its use in teaching and its relationship to some variables.

To achieve the goal of the research, the researcher prepared a questionnaire of digital learning practices, a scale of the attitude towards using digital learning, and the selection of the research sample which was (93) male and female mathematics teachers in the preparatory and secondary stages.

The results of the research resulted in the practice of mathematics teachers in the preparatory and secondary stages of digital learning was average, and their attitude towards using it in teaching mathematics was average, and the results also found a statistically significant difference between the average degrees of mathematics teachers in the preparatory and secondary stages on the questionnaire of digital learning practices attributed to gender, and the existence of statistically significant differences between the average degrees of mathematics teachers in the preparatory and secondary stages on the questionnaire of digital learning practices attributed to years of experience, and there is no statistically significant difference between the average degrees of mathematics teachers on the questionnaire of digital learning practices attributed to the study stage.

The study presented a number of recommendations and suggested researches
