Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the relationship between continuous commitment and organizational citizenship behavior dimensions.

The study used the descriptive analytical method, where a questionnaire was distributed after its reliability measurement on (60) employees at Faculty of Engineering at Red Sea university.

The most important results of the study indicated the existence of a positive significant statistical relationship between continuous commitment and organizational citizenship behavior.

The most important recommendations of the study calls for the administrations of the Faculty of Engineering at Red Sea University to maintain the high degree of commitment among its employees if it wants to spread the level of organizational citizenship behavior between them
